Duan Shaofeng, who has been studying for a doctorate in art research and writing at the Central Academy of Fine Arts since 2021, is also a curator and freelance writer. He is currently a member of the Contemporary Art Committee of the Chinese Culture and Art Development Promotion Association, served as a judge of AAC Art China in 2014, and won the SAP Art Driver Award in 2020. He is the invited editorial board member of the 2020 Chinese Contemporary Art Yearbook and has been engaged in exhibition and forum planning, editing and writing for a long time.
