Yakun LI (1989), an artist who graduated from China Central Academy of Fine Arts with a master's degree, currently lives and works in Beijing. Yakun's works are mainly oil paintings. He pays close attention to the history and memory of the Chinese nation and looks into current social practice, leading visual images to the field of complex perception. In his recent works, the artist deconstructs and reorganizes the memory of the childhood game in the woods. The artist shows his reflection on the topics of identity, time, visual power, and mysticism under the joint action of multiple sensations.
